Organza ribbons and curtains

Ribbons can be used in a variety of ways for the room decoration. The first task is to pick on the color theme, let’s say you have a refined color finished in pink color and curtains are complimentary designed with blues and hosts of other light colors yet belong to blue family. You can buy soft ribbons like baby pink and dark blue to make a frill on the curtains now the question is on which part the ribbons should be sewed to make them a part of the fabric. You can do it without the help of your designer on your own. When curtains are ready, you can cut off a long piece of organza pink ribbon and then make pleads on the ribbon using sewing machine, often people do it with hands rather than using machine because organza is too soft to handle especially when you try to sew it with the fabric. With little effort you can manage to save the texture and soft look of organza fabric but you need to slow down the speed of machine when you are connecting the fabric for making pleads.

When the pleads are done, you should now connect the organza with the curtains. The choice is yours, you can use the ribbon on the top of the curtains to make them look cozy and stylish or else use them on the bottom. Somehow, for the bottom silk ribbons are better because organza being soft is prone to tear away with slight touch. Even you move your curtains with softly. All efforts may go to waste. Use them in the right direction. Always use organza ribbons on the top of the curtains. On the backside you can also use frill of bright colors if you want.

Organza ribbon can also be used on other part of the rooms; you can make bows and bouquets and keep them in the organza shapes or flower. Sometimes, the fabric is also used to make a partition around the bed with other sturdy fabric like net. You can tie net and organza in a specific form to formulate a cover for the baby bedding and cover the bed from each of four corners. The flower shapes are cut with the fabric, use artificial petals or leaves and put them in the vase in mass. The artificial plants can be tied or covered with small pieces of organza. Let’s say you are using green plant it can be boosted in term of its look and feel by adding small pieces or bows of red or purple organza.
