Shades of ribbons

Shades and colors of ribbon play very important role in the wedding decoration. With too many shades and colors it is easy to get confused in making decision over the right contrast to use in the decoration. Here are few things you need to bear into mind when buying the ribbon shades for the interior and exterior wedding décor and design; base line color you would use in the theme, color of the bride’s outfit, carpets or rug’s shade, and shades of sashes and bows. To make a perfect outlook and appearance, you need to show uniformity in the theme which will come by using the two-three same or family colors throughout in the accessories. For black and white wedding theme you should buy white organza ribbon along with golden or brown satin ribbon. Golden silk ribbon is also an option to use in the theme, make the space to use it.

For purple wedding theme you will be using purple, blue, pink, and green ribbons. Just mix up the colors in a good manner to enhance the décor. Light purple theme should also have some light colors to look perfect such as white, creamy white, and golden. It matters how you use the ribbon shades in the decoration. The white ribbon will make a pleasant and peaceful look to the design provided that you have added it many times at certain locations like on the table with candles, in the chair sashes, in the hanging balloons, and in making ivies. The shades have ability to set the mood for your guests and bring an intuitional feeling to the entire wedding function. You need to decide on them very carefully because excessive use of bright ribbon will be odd while use of occasional light ribbon will make your décor clumsy and boring. Use ribbons and shades in a combination to create a stylish look.
