It’s Almost your Wedding Day

After all the preparations for your big day, you probably feel exhausted, but excited at the same time. Is there anything you haven’t covered? Have you arranged the photographs, the cake, and the flowers? Are your wedding gifts and perhaps the gifts from your bridal shower ready to display? That of course is not necessary, especially if you are not having a huge wedding or an informal one. Of course you have your dress or outfit, and you have arranged the trip to the beauty parlor. The honeymoon is booked and now you can relax: but what about your guests? Have you remembered them during all this chaos? Yes, they are being fed, that’s all arranged, but have you got them a small token to take away with them so that they can remember attending your wedding?

These days, people are increasingly buying wedding favors for their guests, and although you may be cynical and believe that this is just a ploy for manufacturers to earn more money, wedding favors have been given in different cultures for centuries. Perhaps they are just sugared almonds tied up in net and handed out at the church door as is the custom at Greek weddings, or perhaps they are more elaborate and unique, to show that you have thought of each guest and what they might like. You’ve probably bought gifts for the bridesmaids and the best man, but what about your other friends and relations who attend your wedding?

A small token of appreciation from you on your big day will be greatly cherished by your wedding guests as, if nothing else it shows that you are grateful for their presence and all the gifts they have given you. Just taking is not the way to keep your friends happy. Show that you appreciate them, and because they are your friends they will love anything you give them; wedding favors don’t have to cost a fortune.

There are cheap wedding favors online as well as more expensive ones, so take a look at what’s on offer. You will be pleasantly surprised.
